GiveIndia's Neha Joshi On How They Are Screening People For COVID-19 In Mumbai's Slums

Neha Joshi, Nonprofit partnerships, GiveIndia at the #CaringForIndia telethon said that they started the door-to-door screening and testing in mid-June. Screening includes checking for any symptoms early on and then identify and send for treatment and isolate them from the community, she explained. Ms Joshi said that they identified the densely populated areas of Mumbai and deployed medical van with healthcare staff, to go deep into the community to screen door-to-door.
