Furore over Pakistan's 9/11 ad in US paper
An advertisement placed in America's leading newspaper The Wall Street Journal on the 9/11 anniversary has invited flak from all quarters. In the half page ad, Pakistan touts its efforts against Al Qaeda and praises itself for the role in America's war on terror. In fact, it even goes on to say Pakistan is fighting terror for the rest of the world.
