First Batch Of Amarnath Yatra Pilgrims Leave From Jammu Base Camp

Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha flagged off the first batch of Amarnath Yatra pilgrims from Jammu base camp Yatri Niwas on Friday. Pilgrims left for Pahalgam and Baltal under tight security. Before flagging off the first batch of Amarnath Yatra, Lt Governor Sinha performed prayers. Amarnath Yatra will be starting from 1st July. A large number of pilgrims have reached Jammu base camp for the Amarnath Yatra. The pilgrims will leave for Pehalgam and Baltal under tight security. Full arrangements have been made by the administration.
