File Case of Murder, Says Court About 20 Alleged Smugglers Shot Dead in Andhra Forests

The Hyderabad High Court has ordered the Andhra Pradesh government to register a case of murder in the killing of 20 alleged red sandalwood smugglers in the forests of Chittoor earlier this week. The court asked the state government why a case of unnatural death under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has not been registered in the case.
