Children who survived Japanese encephalitis disease live a life of hardships. One of them, five-year-old Sabia, lost her vision to the disease. Last month, many children suffering from this disease died at a hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur. Forgotten in this tragedy are the children who survived Japanese encephalitis, and who now live with disability. Sutapa Deb reports.
