A DMK councillor who allegedly attacked and killed an Indian Army soldier has been arrested along with his accomplices in Tamil Nadu's Krishnagiri district, the police said. The 29-year-old soldier was killed after he was allegedly attacked by the councillor and other men. The soldier, Prabhu, served in Jammu and Kashmir.
