How The Homeless Are Coping With The Chilling Delhi Cold
Delhi saw the coldest day of the season on Christmas, and the homeless are among the worst sufferers. While the Delhi government has set up shelter homes to accommodate people, they can't accommodate many as they are filled to capacity. People who have come for treatment to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences are spending weeks and even months sleeping on the footpath.
