Delhi is witnessing heavy rain with the onset of monsoon, bringing relief after days of hot and humid weather that saw the temperature soaring above 40 degrees Celsius. But the rains have also led to heavy waterlogging on the roads. In South Delhi's Okhla the Mehrauli-Badarpur road was flooded compelling several commuters to abandon their two-wheelers and head to their nearby offices on foot.
