Thirty-year-old Mohammad Salim was taking his usual route to office in CP, when he was taken aback by a traffic policeman stopping him, and worse challaning him for not walking on the zebra crossing. Salim paid 20 rupees as security deposit, which he will get back when he goes before a magistrate.
