The BJP is fighting the Delhi civic polls on local issues, including corruption by the AAP-ruled Delhi government, said Union minister Meenakshi Lekhi today. "We are fighting on issues like non-availability of resources and bad constructions. Mohalla clinics are nothing but primary health centres," she said.
