A Dalit couple was hacked to death with an axe, allegedly by a shopkeeper in their village in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. What led to the gruesome killing was an argument over Rs 15. The shopkeeper, Ashok Mishra, who had a grocery store in Mainpur, has been arrested.
