The Covid positivity rate is hovering round 15 per cent in Bihar. The Patna High Court has expressed dissatisfaction over the Covid crisis in the state. The court has said if the situation doesn't improve, then it will be forced to order the Army Health Crop to take over the healthcare system. But cases have been rising not just in district headquarters but in villages, where healthcare infrastructure is weak or doesn't exist.
