The Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested a policeman who they say was running a militant group in Srinagar. With the arrest of two people, including constable Abdul Rashid Shigan, the J&K Police claim they have busted the militant module responsible for 13 attacks in Srinagar during the last 18 months.
