Constables' presence of mind saved many

The blasts in the Capital that left 30 dead and scores injured, could have been worse, had it not been for the two constables who's courage and presence of mind helped save many lives. They knew that detaching the timer from the explosive device could have triggered the bomb killing both of them. But head constable Suresh and constable Subhash didn't have the time to call a bomb disposal squad.
