Connaught Place Deserted Even As Delhi Allows Markets To Open
From today, shops in all market complexes in Delhi are allowed to open on an odd-even basis. However, in Delhi's famous Connaught Place market, only a few shops have opened and there are barely any customers. Those who have opened their shops say that there is still no clarity on how the odd-even rule will be applied and, they claim, that customers too would be confused about which shops would be open.
