Chandrayaan-2 Will Put Indian Flag On Moon: ISRO Chairman K Sivan

Ahead of the big launch of the Chandrayaan-2 satellite, the Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation Dr K Sivan said all preparations are in full swing and that India is going where none have gone before and dubbed the soft landing as a tricky and risky affair, calling it a complex task. Dr Sivan says there will be 15 minutes of terror when the Vikram lander goes in for its landing to the lunar surface in the first week of September. Chandrayaan-2 will analyse lunar rocks on the South Pole of moon and search for water.
