The CBI has initiated a preliminary inquiry into alleged irregularities, including tender violation, in the construction of a new residence for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, agency sources told NDTV Tuesday afternoon. The preliminary inquiry has been registered against 'unknown officials of the Delhi government'. If inquiries reveal a prima facie case, the CBI will file a FIR, sources said.
