"Please do come...," the young volunteer says persuasively. As soon as the call ends, it is time to make another. This is the BJP's war room for the 9 November election to the state's 68 seats; the nerve center of its aggressive campaign to trip Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, 83, in a state that hasn't returned the ruling party in years.
