Big Gender Gap In India's STEM Faculty: Report

A recent report has revealed a sharp gender gap in India's STEM faculty, with only 13.5 per cent of women comprising India's STEM faculty across several institutes. That is women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The low numbers are most evident in top universities like the IITs. This is concerning given India's position as one of the biggest STEM job markets in the world. Ishita Singh Rajput gives details.
