"Begusarai Fighting For Self-Respect," Says CPI Candidate Kanhaiya Kumar

People in Bihar's Begusarai will vote against the "divert and rule" policy of the ruling government, former JNU student Kanhaiya Kumar, who is contesting from Begusarai on CPI ticket, told NDTV. The parliamentary seat, which is voting today, is fighting for its self respect, he said. Kanhaiya Kumar, who has received support from high-profile Bollywood celebrities, is pitted in a three-cornered contesting against Union Minister Giriraj Singh and RJD leader Tanvir Hasan.
