Nadia Beigh of Jammu Kashmir will be one of the youngest IAS officers in the country at 23. Here is how the resident of Punzwa Vilgam village in Kupwara became the first girl from the remote hamlet to have qualified the exhaustive UPSC civil services examination securing the 350th rank.
