North India continues to experience cold wave conditions as the IMD issued a yellow alert in Delhi amid dense fog and plummeting temperatures. Meanwhile, in Jammu and Kashmir, Leh near the Indus River has faced temperatures as low as -21 degrees. NDTV's Nazir Masoodi reports.
