Arvind Kejriwal will remain in jail, the Delhi High Court said Tuesday as it ruled the Chief Minister's challenge to his March 21 arrest in the alleged liquor policy scam "not sustainable", particularly in light of the Enforcement Directorate's claim it has evidence he conspired to formulate the now-scrapped rule.
