The National Investigation Agency filed a chargesheet in the Antilia bomb scare case on Tuesday. As per the chargesheet, a cyber expert has claimed that former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh had given him Rs. 5 lakh in cash in his office itself as payment for his services. This is the same cyber expert who prepared the report that said that terror outfit Jaish-ul-Hind had taken responsibility for the incident.
