Radical preacher Amritpal Singh surrendered in Punjab's Moga this morning after over a month-long chase. Amritpal Singh, who the government describes as a Khalistani-Pakistan agent, addressed a gathering at a Gurdwara in Rode village of Moga district before surrender.
