All-Party Meet Called Ahead Of Monsoon Session

The government today convened an all-party meeting to discuss the agenda for the monsoon session of Parliament starting tomorrow. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi had invited all floor leaders to the meeting. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla had met floor leaders on Saturday, and Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu will also meet the leaders on Sunday. In the upcoming session, the Opposition is expected to up the ante against the government on the Agnipath scheme, inflation, Forest Conservation Rules, 2022, and Chinese transgressions into India.
