Hours after the Delhi's ministers descended on Delhi's roads armed with brooms, striking sanitation workers had a face-off with Public Works Department or PWD staff, who had been pressed into the clean-up job. Garbage has been piling up on Delhi's roads following the indefinite strike started by sanitation workers five days ago.
