'84 riots: Witness files plea against CBI summons
In a latest twist in the long drawn out 1984 riots case, key witness Jasbir Singh whose testimony recently reopened investigations against Jagdish Tytler, has approached the Delhi High Court. In a petition that will be heard on Monday, Jasbir Singh questioned CBI summoning him to India to testify.
