A massive fire that broke out at Bhalswa landfill site on April 26 has not been doused off yet. Locals living near the landfill area are experiencing breathing problems. Delhi government has imposed a fine of Rs 50 lakh on the North Delhi Municipal Corporation in connection with the massive fire. Firefighting operations are still underway. (Video Credit: ANI)
