Five African nationals, including four Nigerians, a Guinean national and a woman from Delhi were arrested in connection with cyber fraud. These people would chat on a dating app using other people's pictures. "They used to cheat people. 25 phones, 2 laptops, 3 modems and a landline phone have been recovered in the raid," Ketan Bansal, SP, Cybercrime, Chandigarh, said.
