4 degrees below normal, Delhi's coldest morning

The national capital witnessed the season's coldest morning on Friday with the minimum temperature at 4.7 degrees Celsius, four notches below average. The Met office has forecast further dip in temperatures over the weekend. "The humidity at 8.30 am was 33 percent," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
