Power tariffs hiked in Delhi: Are consumers being shortchanged?

There is growing outrage after power tariffs were increased by 26 per cent in Delhi. For the ordinary citizen it is a summer of discontent: They are paying more, but still facing power cuts. And Delhi's problem today could be India's tomorrow, as 22 states could follow suit in hiking tariffs.
