"Strict action needs to be taken. I fail to understand how Air India can tolerate this irresponsible behaviour from the crew... That passenger should be shamed and other airlines should also ban him," Bejon Mishra, consumer activist, said when asked whether it was laxity on part of the crew to let the passenger off the hook in the 'pee-gate' incident.
