Kira Rudik, the head of the Golos Party, argues that Ukraine cannot be held responsible for delaying negotiation because of Russia's ongoing aggression. Fred Weir, correspondent for the Boston-based daily, The C S Monitor, says that early days of war are murky in terms of claims of victory, but that Russia is most likely attacking Kyiv because it is looking for a regime change.
