Rapes in the national capital have risen sharply since the gang-rape rape and murder of a 23-year-old medical student in December. In a case eerily similar case, a girl is gang-raped for two hours in a moving auto in Ghaziabad. Have the protests and the collective anger been in vain with nothing actually changing on the ground?
