Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh has sent a warning notice to two bureaucrats in Bastar for having violated conduct rules by wearing the wrong clothes or rather dressing casually while meeting the prime minister. But in a state where government officers have bigger problems - Naxal violence for example - to tackle and protect the public from, is this notice a frivolous distraction from what should be bigger priorities? We debate on Left, Right and Centre.
