In a viral video, Haryana Congress chief Udai Bhan was seen using derogatory language to target Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This comes shortly after BJP MP Ramesh Bhiduri made Islamophobic comments against MP Danish Ali inside parliament. Udai Bhan, however, refused to apologies, saying this is "slang" used commonly in state and that he didn't name anyone.
