"Last 48 hours have been depressing for all of us: from FIRs for posters to students being punished for watching the BBC documentary. The politics is simple: till 2024, anyone speaking against the government will be behind bars," senior journalist Ashutosh said when asked whether defamation cases, like the one against Rahul Gandhi, will bring opposition parties together.
