Resul Pookutty Prioritises Cleaning Up Efforts In Kerala Post Floods

Academy Award winning sound designer Resul Pookutty at the NDTV-Tata Sky #IndiaForKerala telethon said that he had appealed to national media during the time of crisis as rescue of people was the main concern. Mr Pookutty, who recently visited Kerala said that devastating is a mild word to describe the situation in Kerala today. Cleaning up the muck after the floods is the next immediate step, Mr Pookutty said. He also said that he never saw such unity in terms of action and people helping each other during the Kerala crisis.
