Bangalore child rape case: India's police insensitive to victims?

The investigating officer into the case has been replaced for allegedly being intimidating and insensitive. In case after case, city after city, we come across the same grievance. We are asking weather our police and investigators need to be far more sensitive than they are to victims of sexual abuse.
