Who will be the Congress's Chief Ministerial candidate for next month's Punjab elections - incumbent Charanjit Singh Channi or state unit boss Navjot Sidhu? The million-dollar question for the party may be answered in "one or two days" with chief Sonia Gandhi leading talks, sources have told NDTV. The party has sought the opinion of members through its in-house 'Shakti' app and the consultations are now at a final stage, sources said, adding that at the moment, Mr Channi's odds were looking better and efforts were underway to bring Mr Sidhu and his camp "on board".
