West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee and his aide Arpita Mukherjee have been sent to the Enforcement Directorate's custody till August 3. The two were arrested in connection with a teacher recruitment scam. Partha Chatterjee will to be brought back to Kolkata from Bhubaneswar today. In another nes of today, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi will appear before the Enforcement Directorate for the second day for questioning in the National Herald case. Week 2 of parliament was marred by protests and suspensions of four Congress MPs.
