Meet Dr Ravi Kannan, Oncologist

As part of the Dettol-NDTV Banega Swasth India campaign, we share inspiring stories of healthcare professionals who have brought healthcare to the remotest parts of India. Among them is Dr. Ravi Kannan, who has been providing cancer treatment to the underprivileged and vulnerable population in Silchar, Assam. In recognition of his exceptional work in serving the poor community and offering cancer treatment, he was honored with the prestigious Padma Shri in 2020.
