Nagaland government uses the traditional Hornbill Festival to impart the message of health, hygiene and reproductive health for adolescents with Durex The Birds and Bees Talk programme as the health partner. The Birds and Bees Talk (TBBT) programme led by Reckitt and implemented by PLAN India is a program about growing up and life skills.
