Dr Harmandeep Singh Boparai is a frontline worker from New York who returned to his hometown, Amritsar. When he witnessed India's plight, he decided to stay back and train medical staff in COVID protocols. He is currently working with Doctors Without Borders at a 1,000-bed hospital in Mumbai.
