Following NDTV's report on Bengaluru's Varthur-Gunjur traffic nightmare, police have temporarily restricted heavy vehicles during peak school hours to ease the daily commute for students and residents. Parents had reported children spending hours stuck in traffic on stretches of just a few kilometres.
