What have missiles got to do with turtles? Well, a missile test conducted last month could have affected the annual mass nesting of the endangered Olive Ridley sea turtles. The nesting of the turtles has not taken place at the Gahirmatha Marine Sanctuary off the Orissa coast so far. Nearly half a million of these creatures gather here between February and March every year.
