Ministry circular delays RIL's KG gas flow

The wait for Reliance Industries' gas production from Krishna-Godavari (KG) field, which is off the coast of Andhra Pradesh, has just got longer. It is not because of family feud, but NDTV has learnt that it is due to a circular from shipping ministry banning all offshore vessels older than 25 years from any operations.
