Marans threatened me: Aircel founder to CBI

NDTV has learnt that in his statement recorded by the CBI on Monday, Aircel founder C Sivasankaran said that former Telecom Minister Dayanidhi Maran threatened him into selling Aircel to the Maxis group. The CBI is probing whether Maran allegedly favoured Maxis group whose sister group invested Rs. 800 crore in Sun TV that's owned by Maran's brother, Kalanidhi.
