Jantar Mantar Protest | Mallikarjun Kharge Condemns Police Action On students At Jantar Mantar

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge accused the government of stifling parliamentary debate after Opposition leaders were allegedly prevented from raising the issue of the recent student protests and the NEET controversy in Parliament. Claiming that his microphone was switched off, Kharge said the government was undermining democracy by refusing to allow a discussion on the police action against students. He demanded a statement from the Home Minister, questioned the alleged use of force against protesters, and accused the Centre of creating an atmosphere of "anarchy" by suppressing dissent. Kharge also said the Opposition would continue to raise issues concerning students, youth, unemployment, and the Ram Mandir donation theft case.
